Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit given that the below requirements are met.

Please note: we offer store credit only.

In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging/ tags
  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or scratches
  • The item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased in a sale

Please note: all sale items are not eligible for a return.

A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card or code (with no expiry) which you can use to repurchase another item on our website.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • As soon as we receive your return our team will contact you via email
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns
  • We cannot offer direct exchanges
  • All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team (detailed below)

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

To start a return, you can contact us at giuliaroad@gmail.com with your order number & reason for return. More information on this return will then be provided by an email back.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be sent a store credit within 10 business days.

Please note, the item you wish to return must be unused, clean, intact and exactly how received. GIULIA ROAD reserves the right to review the order before issuing store credit and must meet above standards.
